  1. I remember having an anxiety attack in the middle of computer class in high school. I just shut down and froze with my whole class staring at me. I couldn't move anything besides my eyes. When it wore off, I bolted with one of the school's teachers following.

I have had a lot of panic/anxiety attacks in my life. They are horrible and having them makes me hate myself. Seeing Tony have them was jarring at first, but eventually became a bit of a comfort. If Tony can get back to being a superhero after all that, then maybe I can get through life and turn out at least okay.

  2. I love how they came up with idea of Tony having PTSD caused by the events of the first Avengers. It adds a little bit of realism. I mean if you flew a nuclear missile into space and almost get blown up with it, there’s no way you’d move on to your daily life like it was nothing.

  3. I struggle with depression more than anxiety but I've had a few panic attacks. The worst one was when I was in a car accident two weeks ago. I have to say, from what I have experienced that this is pretty accurate. Although attacks are different for everyone, Tony get's annoyed and freaked out and runs away. I start freaking out and hyperventilating cause it's hard to breathe and I'll usually say "I can't breathe" over an over ubtil someone stops me and calms me down.
